If you have a recalled bottle, follow the steps below:

Consumers with unopened bottles should not attempt to open the product and should contact Reckitt to return the unopened bottles to receive a full refund. Postage-paid labeling will be provided for the item to be returned. Please contact our Recall Hotline at 1-888-266-8003 (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time).

Important: Bottles that have already been opened are not subject to this recall as they would have released any pressure build up and do not present an injury hazard. The Gummy product inside the bottle is unaffected by the pressure build up and remains safe to consume as directed on the label.
